Durham Trailer Ranch COVID-19 Response

We know that being able to transport your animals and repair the vehicles you use to do this, are essential concerns at this critical
time. We at Durham Trailer Ranch are still open, and respectfully practicing what we call “Business from a Distance”. The health of
our staff, and that of our customers, is our biggest priority. We are actively monitoring the course of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), via the
CDC and WHO, and its worldwide effects, to improve our efforts to safeguard your health and safety at this time. The focus at
Durham Trailer Ranch is to minimize risk for our employees and customers, while still providing the highest level of customer
service.

At Durham Trailer Ranch we are evolving day to day, and expanding our existing limited contact sales and service procedures. Most
of the processes have been in place for some time, other procedures are catching up with the times, and can be completed remotely
until drop off and delivery or pick up. We will continue to offer the highest level of service to our customers, and will ask that you
call ahead before heading to our store.

Sales Procedures

  • We actively update our website to provide 24/7 shopping from the comfort of your home
  • Continue to complete your financing remotely, by applying directly on our website
  • Our sales team is ready to provide photos, video, or video call of any trailers you are interested in purchasing
  • Our sales team will communicate with our customers regarding the status of their health, to protect the health and safety
    of both our staff and customers, and will ask the same of you
  •  “Business from a Distance” means we will keep a safe 6’ or more distance from others, do as much business outside in the
    open air as possible, and refrain from handshaking during this time
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been set up around our building for customer use

Service Procedures

  • Service appointments can be made by calling ahead and scheduling, and sending lists of details and pictures
  • We will continue to keep at least a safe 6’ distance from others, and do as much business outside in the open air as possible
  • Parts can still be ordered over the phone and via email through our service department

Our staff is working diligently to maintain their health, and the health of our customers, by following CDC recommended health and
safety guidelines.

Employee Health and Hygiene Procedures

  • Avoiding gatherings of 10 or more individuals
  • Keeping at least a safe 6’ distance from others, and avoiding individuals who may be sneezing or coughing
  • Frequent hand washing with using hand sanitizer at each work station
  • Cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces
  • Requiring employees who are sick to stay home
  • Routinely sanitizing all areas using CDC and EPA recommended and approved chemicals

There are things we can all be doing to ensure the health and safety of those around us.
